Operator and acceptance
Tennanova is operated by Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 83 697 516 788), Victoria, Australia. By using the website or completing a Funding Check, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
What Tennanova is, and isn't
Tennanova helps businesses understand potential commercial funding pathways. Tennanova is not a lender and does not provide credit. Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd does not provide credit directly either. Funding is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their assessment, eligibility criteria and terms.
Content on this website is general information. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Consider getting independent advice before making a funding decision.
The Funding Check
The Funding Check summary is produced from your answers using general rules. It is not an assessment, approval, pre-approval, quote or offer, and it does not mean any lender will offer a particular structure, amount or term.
Completing a Funding Check does not create a credit application, oblige you to proceed or oblige us to arrange funding.
Applying through our secure portal
If you choose to apply, you leave Tennanova for the secure application portal, operated by Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd on its own website. Applications, documents, assessment and lender placement happen there under its own terms and privacy policy.
Lender information
Descriptions of the lender panel are general information. Panel membership, products and criteria can change without notice. Not every lender offers every product, and nothing on this website is a recommendation of a lender or an indication that any lender will consider your application.
Your information
Please provide accurate information. Inaccurate answers make the summary less useful and may affect any later application.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using general information on this website or a Funding Check summary. Non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
