Privacy policy

Tennanova is operated by Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 83 697 516 788), an Australian private company based in Victoria. In this policy, “we” means Tennanova and Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd.

The Funding Check asks for the funding amount range and purpose; average monthly turnover range, time trading and industry; whether the business has existing finance and roughly how much is outstanding; whether there have been recent dishonours or missed repayments; whether tax obligations are current; and whether you own property. It then asks for your name, business name, ABN, mobile number and email address.

The Funding Check does not ask for bank statements, identity documents, date of birth or other details needed for a credit check, and no credit enquiry is made. Please don't enter passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information.

We use your answers to show you an indicative funding guide and a summary of funding structures that may be worth exploring, to review your Funding Check and to contact you about business funding options. The guide and summary are generated from simple rules applied to your answers; they are not a credit assessment or an offer.

We do not sell your information. Your Funding Check is not sent to lenders. If you choose to apply, your contact details and Funding Check answers are carried across in encrypted form to prefill the application, which you review before submitting. Information you provide in that application may be shared with lenders as part of the application process, under the portal's own privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores Funding Checks in a private database. Access to the review pipeline requires authenticated sign-in and a server-side administrator allowlist.

So the Blackcube Capital team can follow up, a copy of your contact details, ABN, funding amount, purpose, industry, turnover range and time trading is also added to Blackcube Capital's private enquiries register, which is hosted on Google Workspace.

A one-way keyed network hash is kept for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored with your Funding Check. Funding Checks and private review notes are deleted after 12 months, or earlier on request.

If you choose “Apply” or “Apply now”, you leave tennanova.com for the secure application portal, operated by Blackcube Capital Pty Ltd on its own website. Your Funding Check answers are not transferred automatically.

The link carries only non-sensitive referral details: that you came from Tennanova's Funding Check, and your random Funding Check reference so staff can match the two. It never carries your financial answers or contact details. The portal's own privacy policy applies to information you provide there.

Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical request information to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. We use encrypted transport, bounded inputs, prepared database statements and server-side authorisation. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Meta Pixel and PostHog load only after you choose “Allow measurement”. They may receive the page address, referrer, browser and device information, an anonymous session identifier, and a small set of event names: page visits, Funding Check started, step completed, Funding Check completed and continuing to the application portal.

They never receive your Funding Check answers (including turnover, credit, dishonour, tax, balance or property answers), your name, business name, mobile, email or ABN, or your review notes. If you decline, the Funding Check works the same and campaign details are not stored with your submission.

You can decline measurement, change that choice from the footer at any time, stop before submitting, or ask to access, correct or delete a Funding Check.
